Ticket tiers
Each ticket tier has its own price and capacity. You can also require staff approval for each tier. You can configure add-ons such as a meal or a T-shirt to be sold with a ticket or on their own.
Seat maps
Upload a floor plan and place seats on top of it. Each section links to a ticket tier (so you can price by section), and you can even hold seats for special guests.
Schedule
Publish your program with times and speakers. Each session can be open to everyone, limited to certain ticket holders, or to staff. Attendees can RSVP and add sessions to their calendar, and you can send a notification to everyone who's going.

Design your own tickets and badges in the built-in drag-and-drop editor.
Opening hours and timed entry
Museums and other attractions can sell timed entry tickets. You set opening hours and a daily capacity. Visitors can move their booking to another day if their plans change.

Team access

Questions at checkout
You can ask attendees for a free text answer or let them choose from options you provide. A question can apply to everyone or only to one tier. You'll find the answers on each attendee's record and the export.
Payments and tax
Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Attendees can pay by card or with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and you can also accept bank transfers. Tax is charged at the right rate for the buyer's country, and visitors can see prices in their own currency.
Promo codes and vouchers
Promo codes take a percentage or a fixed amount off an order, and you can limit how often each one is used. Vouchers are single-use codes for a free ticket, which are great for press and sponsors.

Memberships
A membership gives members free or discounted entry, and one plan can cover several events. You can set blackout dates when benefits don't apply.

Transfers and waitlists
Attendees can send a ticket to someone else, who accepts it with their own email address. When a tier sells out, people can join a waitlist and get a time-limited offer when a ticket frees up.
For events with lodging, attendees can also form room groups, and you can pair the rest automatically.

Point of sale
Staff can sell tickets from any device with a browser. It takes card and cash.
ID checks
Staff can accept digital IDs now! A digital ID can confirm someone's age without revealing other personal information.
Kiosks
A kiosk lets attendees buy tickets on a tablet without waiting for staff. It comes with an accessibility menu which doesn't rely on VoiceOver or TalkBack.
Check-in and NFC cards
The scanner checks tickets by QR code and keeps working if the connection drops. Check-ins sync once it's back online. You can also hand out NFC cards instead of paper badges, and Android phones with Google Wallet can tap in too.
Card readers
You can take card payments at the door with a Stripe Terminal reader or with Tap to Pay on a phone. The Klipspringer Helper app prints tickets and receipts when someone checks in or purchases something.

Orders and refunds
You can search every order and refund it in full or one ticket at a time. If you cancel an event, one click stops sales and refunds everything (at your request).

Reports
Reports calculate sales and attendance for one event or across your organization. You can download a report as a CSV or have it emailed to you on your own schedule.
Audit log
The audit log records every action in your organization, including who exported attendee data.
